FBI: $40 for 1000 Pages of FOIA Logs

I'm filing a fee waiver request with the feds tomorrow. My recent email request to the FBI for their Freedom of Information Act logs from January 1, 2016, through January 11, 2017, brought back a snail-mail reply today.

The agency has located 1,098 responsive pages of FOIA logs and the CD duplication costs are around $40, a bit less than paper copying fees at $49.

Who requested a document, what did they request, how did the FBI dispose of the request and were public files found and opened for inspection?

You can learn a lot by FOIAing the FOIAs. Have you filed a FOIA request today?
