Our contact at the San Francisco Department of Elections, Gregory P. Slocum, today emailed us to share a link to the California Secretary of State's certification document of all qualified write-in candidates for federal and state races.
We're quite pleased, of course, to be listed on this document: http://elections.cdn.sos.ca.gov/statewide-elections/2016-primary/june-2016-write-in-voter-nominated.pdf.
No word yet on when the write-in results will be released, but we've been told it may take till three-days after the June 7 primary for them to be posted online.
The Write-In Petrelis 4 State Senate D11 Team wishes to remind everyone this is our third effort running for office and we're enjoying the opportunity to participate in American democracy, flawed and fabulous as it is, and to engage with voters.
