Cheney: Smiling, Tan, Rested & at the White House
Never let it be said that Dick Cheney canceled his August 2005 vacation plans because of a little water from Katrina.
Fishing in Wyoming was more important to him this week than the incredible agony and suffering of Americans on the Gulf Coast.
But that's changed. Yes, Cheney is back in Washington, smiling, tan and well-rested.
