The set was designed by Turing himself during his groundbreaking development of algorithms (he wrote one for winning the game; it didn't work, he lost). The proceeds go to restoring Bletchley Park. They are doing much to keep the memory of Alan and his struggle and his victories alive. The place is a fascinating tour, so, if you find yourself in the UK, drop by.
